What patients say on Google
“My son was seeing a counselor here for several months. One day I dropped him off for his regular session only to find out the counselor was no longer working out of the College Station location. We got no emails or phone calls, just ghosted. I called the location to see if we could set up a Zoom session or get another counselor. Left numerous messages and finally got a call back saying they would get back to me 'tomorrow'. That never happened. This location is incredibly unprofessional.”
“Great prices, flexible, and truly helpful counselors. I came here for a couple of months and met with Ms.Tarah Siegel. She helped me find exercises to help me deal with my personal problems, relationships, and with life in general. She helped me work through my traumas and became a great support system for me. I am so thankful I came here. Update: I was able to get back into school with their help however I never planned or told anyone I wouldn’t be coming back to their college station location. I went to school in Brenham, was never offered to do sessions there. After only a couple weeks away on campus they closed my case with them even though I never asked for them to do so. The counselor offered me her number but could never remember who I was upon reaching out.”
“10 years ago, lost my family. My children. I sought help but had no insurance. With nowhere to turn, I took a drastic step. I placed a gun under my chin and pulled the trigger. Somehow I survived. Life has not been easy being disfigured. I’m on Medicare now. And I reached out explaining my situation. Again I’m turned away (I have the email). At what point do I qualify for help? It’s for the wealthy? To have been through so much the clinic director rather me kill myself as opposed to help me. I’m sending this in hope for a change. I’m posting everywhere.”
“gross negligence of care. missed a lot of red flags that I think cost us my brother's life. avoid at all costs.”
