What patients say on Google
“Well I scheduled my first appointment. I waited a month to see Shelly. So I drove all the way to her office and because I was literally just 1 minute late they canceled my appointment and after that Shelly rejected me as her patient and refused to schedule anymore appointments with me. Just because I was one minute late. And if thats not bad enough. Every time I called that office the girl that answered was rude and heinous to me. She talked to me like she hated me and didn't want me there. I still have no idea why they treated me this way. I didn't do anything to them and they abused me over the phone and then rejected me as a patient. And I did nothing to them.”
“I waited an hour plus to see Dr. Bray. I was told this wasn’t typical and that she spends extra time truly listening to her patients. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. During the examination, she dismissed my concerns and the specific location of my pain. I left wondering—why is it so difficult to simply listen? I expect someone will respond by asking me to call and discuss this further, but I don’t see the value in that. The concerns I shared should have been heard the first time. I'm still in pain.”
“Called to make an appointment and could barely talk due to coughing and the secretary was rude talking about what’s wrong and then proceeds to tell me they are booked and to go to urgent care. They need to say on their website that they actually don’t do walk ins and that the secretary is rude!!! I will be looking for a new PCP”
“All of my experience with Dr. Bray, nurses, APNs, Office staff, and finance have been superb. They have gone above and beyond helping me manage my diabetes and all my prescriptions through several insurance changes. Dr. Bray does video visits outside of office hours, which really helps due to my schedule, although I know it takes away from her personal time. They have been a Godsend for me, my wife, and my elderly mother, who had dimensia. They have taken really good care of us and stay up to date on the latest and most relevant treatments. Thank you to Dr. Bray and the entire staff!!!”
