“my daughter has been a patient of doctor Jeffries for a couple of years now. I've recently ran into a tough time and I don't have much money as I am between jobs and don't start my new one until next week. I owed her two copays coming into this appointment. I offered to pay half of my balance today and the other half next week and she refused and she was rude about it. mind you... she has always been paid. it's only 60 bucks. not like it's 600. sucks you can go through a tough time and a provider isn't willing to work with you. she also removed the option to pay in the portal. I'll be switching my daughter to the practice I see since they care about the patient And offer payment plans as well as the ability to pay online.”

“absolutely terrible provider. avoid at all costs. the worst medication management I've ever experienced and I've been to multiple doctors over the years. she is snarky, rude , and will act like she doesn't remember you every session. she will schedule appointments at 12 AM MIDNIGHT for 8 AM the next morning and expect you to make them . she will schedule appointments whenever she sees fit and not even confirm the time or date . very late on filling medications and then fills the wrong one / not all medications . lies and covers up her mistakes as if she is always in the right . unprofessional across the board. multiple phone calls during scheduled sessions on numerous occasions. just save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for mental health support . she left me without medications cold turkey which is HIGHLY DANGEROUS and caused adverse effects for me, "forgot" to fill medications multiple times then asks for you to disclose your specific medicine information through text message instead of just looking at patients charts/remembering your patients . you should be ASHAMED ! get yourself together before you harm a patient with negligence and improper care.”
