“If I were you, I would only go to this place if your insurance covers at 100%. Leaving your card on file this office will charge you whenever they want. Heather specifically is the woman that I dealt with who works the front desk. She was told multiple times to take a specific card off file because we no longer wished to use it. We wanted to use a different form of payment which we did, but she kept both of them on file. The one that we told her to take off our record, stayed down there and was charged on numerous occasions without My consent so we had to file a dispute for $498 which I was informed of today because they are still disputing it and the business has to pay it because Heather messed up is why they are letting me go. I have been going there for the past 15 years And while it served Its purpose since day, one of dealing with it has been nothing but a financial and insurance nightmare and headache and Heather just seems to be the one common problem that is tied to it all I highly suggest if you value your health and well-being, you go to any other establishment in the Tampa Tampa Bay Area. Anywhere that understands patient’s health and well-being Instead of just rifle, patient in and out and charging extra extra extraneous fees. Never have I ever dealt with such unprofessionalism when a staff member has messed up and then I was told it was my fault and that’s why I’ve been let go. Absolutely unprofessional, and unacceptable considering this a blessing in disguise and hoping I can save you from the absolute nightmare that this place is . I was also told that I had to switch providers in this practice because Dr. Hickey was retiring and this was almost 2 years ago. Current day he is still working there and seeing patients meanwhile, the doctor I started seeing isn’t even based in Florida and cease his patients in another state which he’s allowed to do but patients aren’t. Shady untrustworthy, and absolute 0/100”

In my experience the staff has been nothing but great. The staff is very helpful working around multiple problems I’ve had and been nothing but professional in their work ethic as well as advice. When I Became a patient I was a 25-year-old boy in and out of incarceration with no direction and a drug addiction. Through trial and error , persistence and Following Dr. Lopez and his staff’s advice and direction I am now 34 Years old and hold a supervisor position at A respectable company with a good trade as my skillset that I can be successful anywhere in America with. That’s something you can’t put a price on but even if you had to I would say it’s affordable.”
