“Had scheduled my first appointment with them. I was told I would get a call 15 minutes prior to the start of the appointment. Planned my work schedule around that. Never got the call. At the time of the appointment I called them. Was told the person was just running behind and would call me shortly. I am now an hour and a half after the appointment time and zero communication. They can't keep things together and can't seem to call on time. Very disappointing. Even if they couldn't keep the scheduled appointment, they need to be able to communicate that.”
