“My son likes going here he is autistic and he thrives on his schedule and I hate how I can't have his appointments on the same day every time because with an autistic child they need schedule and structure I used to get it on every Wednesday and now that they took away their online scheduling where I could schedule his appointment ahead of time so I can make sure I got the spot that's the same day and same time but since they took that away I'm having to deal with meltdowns by him because it's on a different day and is throwing his schedule off”

By far the absolute worst office and scheduling I've dealt with across many years of therapy, and there isn't a close second. I didn't trust the two-star rating this place has, figured the silent positive outweighed the verbal negative. Turns out I was wrong, avoid Bowen and find better.”

“I went for help yesterday just to be mistreated!!! I was very clear about being manic I even went into what I thought triggered me and was instantly mistreated when I had to make an appointment that may or may not happen with the psychiatrist and he turned on me so fast. What happened was not right and I do fully expected someone to contact me regarding the mistreatment and scheduling problems. They know exactly who I am. I can't wait to tell absolutely everyone that I know about this treatment because I don't want my loved ones treated like that. Oh WAIT it gets even better!!!! They have been texting me off and on all day said something about insurance and when I was like really,??? With reason I was unhappy and then I got ghosted They replied to my first complaint and when I tried to call them I got ignored then put on hold until I finally decided it was causing me more harm. I really thought for a second that maybe that councilor Bret Michaels? was just having a bad day but now I'm thinking it's encouraged behavior because I still sit here !!!!??
