What patients say on Google

“My practitioner is very caring, knowledgeable and helpful. The office seems to specialize in Botox for migraines. So if that’s what you need - it will be speedy ($$$). My side effects were dismissed. Pre authorization also was not done (however, I was told it was done) and then I received quite the bill. Apparently that person left them with an obvious mess. I still had to pay the bill. Suffice it to say, the administrative side is a disaster. If it doesn’t have to do with Botox for migraines, they avoid doing the pre authorizations. It could take months, if it gets done at all. I had many cancelled appointment notifications mailed vs called, stating on record that they couldn’t reach me when they hadn’t actually ever called. You have to essentially harass them to get a return call if there is an issue. Your wellbeing is at the mercy of the office staff - who are either overworked, underpaid and/or not appreciated or because they simply don’t care and aren’t accountable - because it shows. Something needs to change here.”

“I really like my doctor and have always had positive experiences during my appointments. They are knowledgeable, caring, and take the time to listen to my concerns. Unfortunately, communication outside of appointments has been frustrating. I've had difficulty receiving callbacks regarding questions and prescription refills for years, and messages often seem to go unanswered. It's nearly impossible to reach someone on the medical line, as calls always go straight to voicemail. I hope the office can improve its responsiveness and communication with patients.”

“Tried for 8 days to get a prescription filled. No one responded to my phone calls. No one cares or helps you. Unprofessional front office staff. Shirley is the worst nurse practitioner I’ve dealt with at any healthcare office.”
Patti Carew
“they literally don't pick up the phone or when they do, they put you on hold and never pick back up. how is it possible for a doctor's office to run this way? it's impossible to even become a patient. insane, totally unacceptable. "leave a message and we'll return your call within the business day." no they won't!”
