“Natasha at the front desk had me teary eyed. At a time when it feels like I’m having to fight for everything, she did her job so well. Instead of turning me away because they don’t usually do what I needed, she asked if I could get in anyway. Instead of turning me away for yet another hurdle she went and asked someone else to check and get me what I needed to get in. She could have turned me away but instead she said, “That’s my job.” At a time where people have to be made to even lift a finger she did what I needed without making a fuss and without shrugging me off. She was thoughtful and kind and I hope she sees this and knows how she contributed to my happiness by treating me like a person who matters. Thank you Natasha!”

“Doctor Coffie, Doctor Merrell, miss Donna, miss sherry, and miss Brandi are incredible. I couldn't imagine a better care team for myself and my family. I have been with Doctor Coffie for 10 years now and I couldn't imagine having to go see a new one. She has helped figure out so much of my health. She listens to me. She understands that I know my body, but I understand that she is going to be the one who knows how to treat it. Whether her being the best doctor and having the best treatment option or understanding that I needed to receive a specialist. She always listens to me when I feel like something is going on and we need some tests done. We discuss everything and typically she is willing to order them if we both agree enough lines up with that. Both of her medical assistants are absolutely incredible. You can tell her entire team actually cares about me as a person. She was so patient with me when we first met. I was so angry about never being listened to and she still listened. She didn't give up or drop me as a patient. She helped me work on my mental health. She has connected me with Amanda Douglas, who has been absolutely incredible. As for Dr Merrell and miss Donna, I know that my wife and son are in good hands. They do everything they can to help you and support you through things going on. They both also care about our entire family as people. Not as just another patient. The ability to connect to both of their teams as well as the front office staff is absolutely incredible. They remember things about you that you wouldn't expect. They know you when you walk in. I couldn't imagine a better practice for my family.”
