“I’m really disappointed with my experience. My remote appointment was canceled just one hour before it was scheduled, even though I had already confirmed it, completed all of the required questionnaires, and submitted my personal information and paperwork ahead of time. Canceling with such little notice was incredibly frustrating and a waste of my time. I expected better communication and consideration, especially after I had done everything asked of me to prepare for the appointment.”

“The platform, the front desk staff, the administrative function - all horrendous. The provider is absolutely amazing. Everyone you have to deal with before seeing them, though, is a nightmare. They don’t have any systems in place or processes. I might have to stop seeing my wonderful provider due to their lack of investment in these resources. Edit: seeing other reviews from 2 years ago, it doesn’t look like they’re wanting to change unfortunately. I recommend finding out if your provider has another company you can schedule them thru, otherwise you’re better off seeing someone else with the stress and lack of clear expectations by the administration.”

“Blue Sky charged my husband 500 dollars accidentally over a month ago and has yet to refund him, he has called at least a dozen times and they keep giving him the run around, it’s impossible to get ahold of billing for some reason. I’m shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and how unhelpful they have been in getting him refunded. Hoping this gets resolved soon, it’s a shame because he loves his psychiatrist but the customer service/billing has been a real nightmare.”
