They have gone above n beyond the call of duty to assist their patients n anyway possible ❤️ A special shout out to English, Tech/ housekeeping n laundry for all of her hard work n dedication! It's good to know their r still good caring ppl working n Healthcare! Great job Blue Ridge Vista!!!”
“I am a counselor and referred a client but they would not automatically admit him even though the night before he tried to commit suicide. They stated the would not because he is not actively suicidal at that moment and he also had an outstanding bill. Very disappointing and I will not refer to them again.”
“Wish I'd read the reviews before decided to ask for someone to be placed here. You will never get a return phone call from a "clinician", nurse, or social worker. Probably anyone else either. They have a total disregard for the safety of others, and I can see them being on the news soon for being able to prevent something that was clearly foreseeable. Also, I'm pretty sure while I was on hold I heard the automated system say they are affiliated with Communicare. If they are it all makes sense why I had the bad experience.”
“This place was supposed to release my mom this past Friday, and even set up who was to pick her up, then on that day as they were preparing discharge papers, they said oh, nevermind she has to stay, some third party therapist came in and said that, now they’re saying she can’t be released until her next court date in April APRIL!! And this place is supposed to help mental health patients??? They need investigated THOROUGHLY, in my opinion they’re forcing patients to stay longer based on other reviews “for concerns for them” when everyone in their life says they’re fine and not a danger to their self or others for insurance fraud, to rake in money for each and every day of their stay that they force upon them after their hold is up!!! That’s why they mess with those on Medicaid not anticipating that a family member is gonna hire help, this place needs investigated EXPEDITIOUSLY!!!”
