How likely are you to recommend Bluegrass Community Hospital: Smith Brian A MD?
What patients say on Google
“Dr. Smith is one of just a couple of providers that come up in the search for medical cannabis providers. I called to make an appointment and was told I need to be a patient for 6 months in order to be prescribed cannabis. This is wrong for many reasons. Firstly, how can you put a timegate on needed medication? Is this a ploy to get more patients? I use cannabis to interface with society and alleviate pain, does that mean I need to suffer for 6 months under a doctors "care" to find relief? Secondly, cannabis prohibition is over, why fight it anymore? It's real medicine that helps many people.”
“Very poorly managed practice. Staff doesn't know which provider is in the office as any given time. Staff does not inform patient of appointments made for tests, procedures. Or specialists. Getting staff to make appointments is like asking for a million dollars. Getting an appointment is difficult. The front staff are rude if you question them They have too many patients, so they don't put much effort into customer service. The practice is all jumbled up like a big bowl of spaghetti.”
“The nurse didn't look at what I am allergic to. Seconds before she put two different drugs in my IV, I asked what they were and had to tell her to look at my chart. Can anyone say anaphylactic shock?? Good thing I asked or I could be brain dead. That goes way past sloppy nursing. They weren't even close to being busy so we can forget that "excuse".”
“Great doctor! Brilliant guy and truly cares about his clients. -Not looking to bill his patients, --just to make the best medical decision.”
