What patients say on Google

“I have had the best experience here. My provider is extremely helpful, listens to me, and provides excellent care not only during appts but also in emergency situations. I can’t speak highly enough about this place. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly and easy to work with for insurance and appointment making. Recommend 10/10. I have been through 5 or 6 psychiatrists on the east coast and this is by far one of the best I’ve been to here in NWA.”

“Twice now I’ve shown up for a scheduled appointment and they have zero record of that appointment so they turn me away. I don’t write down random dates and times in my calendar and drag myself to appointments that don’t exist. I’ve also been waiting for a medication refill for I think over a month now, maybe longer? I had to quit it cold turkey cause it was never approved for refill. If it was for a good reason, I was not told. I want to like this place. They are providing such essential services. In office visits, Dr. Berner is caring and attentive. I truly believe he wants the best for me. But the administration side of things is a mess and clients suffer as a result. I hope things are smoother going forward.”

“IMO, he's a mess. Last year, I got a letter saying they he longer accepts my insurance. Later, I found out from the person who answers his phone that that wasn't true- he's always accepted it. No explanation for the letter. He's also very bad about returning calls. Long delays or no callback at all. There are very fragile people in his care-- it's scary that he's so seemingly disinterested.”

“Been a patient for years and have had no problems until this last couple of months. I can never get ahold of him and his assistant couldn’t do the same to refill my prescriptions. Still in the process of trying to reach him currently to fill a script as he hasn’t responded to his assistant. Going on and off medication isn’t ideal.”
