“When I first saw the reviews here, I was concerned, but willing to take the chance. Now, after being a patient for the past several months, it's the best choice I could've made. Staff are friendly, accommodating and polite. My Therapist has helped me in not only my some issues I was aware of, but has helped me identify another severe issue I was blind to all these years. “Had connection issues and had to reschedule a few appt with couples therapy due to being called into work therapist sacred like it was all good no big deal and then she dropped us using those examples she said we’re all good as reasons why wouldn’t communicate with me marked as a no show when we were literally struggling to connect in a thunderstorm and even after recieving that info still marked the appt as a no show with 4 mins left of the session she was so great we thought but we were misled completely and then basically pooped on when giving very valid reasons was less then impressed with how it was handled no appeal process just sorry about your luck sadly I feel therapy is about money not helping others how can you do that to someone without ever giving an indication of even a potential issue I’ve had to switch docs for my son because she didn’t listen to us at all and talked over us all the time my doc and personal counsel I have no issues with but it’s been less then impressive with couples counseling and my sons therapy considering moving all of us over to professional”

“I rescind my previous positive post regarding Michelle LaFerle. She's too young to understand a 70 year old female who has been totally disabled since 2010. She knows nothing about psin management. I have a medical outpatient with Dr Kovar today. Perhaps he can find me a pain management professional because Michelle isn't qualified to understand PAIN MANAGEMENT! I'm waiting to hear from management as I left a message with Jody this morning.”
