“I have been going to the highlands office for over two year and l am an RN for 10 years now. I have never had a provider as thorough, caring,, and helpful as Lori Green. When I missed my first appointment recently it really stressed me out, but Lori was so kind and reassuring, it really put me at ease, she said if you ever have any problems contact Melody and she will get me the message. Melody on the other hand told me if I miss another appointment, Lori will not call in medication to cover the days I am missing until I see her for my appointment Then she gives me an appointment nearly two weeks later and makes no attempt at having Lori call in any medicine for me knowing full well I’m going to need it or I will get very sick. What kind of nurse intentionally does that. Yes I called the main number and they got me in to see Lori in less than a week and also had her call in enough medicine to get me by until my appointment.Several months later I missed my second appointment in over two years and Melody still has not returned my message. After leaving 3 messages in three days and making it clear that I was concerned and experiencing anxiety over this, she still never returned my call. Nearly 2 weeks have gone by and I still have not heard back from Melody. Yes, an Unprofessional, uncaring bully and now the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced in my life. I refuse to bite my tongue and sit in silence any longer. Sincerely”

“Christina L. Wentz who is the Communications Generalist. Will completely ignore you after many emails reaching out. Ever since Blue Ridge took over this has been the WORST experience. I’ve been with them for five years and love my doctor Lori Green but the billing and the rest of the staff are an absolute train wreck. Do not waste your time here. I’ve been reaching out for months now. I keep being billed but I was told my insurance would cover my appointments like its been for years. This includes an appointment from 1/24/23 for my normal refill. Also an appointment for 2/20/23 that was supposed to be a follow up for labs that were never scheduled and I was never notified. But I'm somehow being charged $87.96 for a 30 second call which we were both confused why we were even having the first place.”
