I always feel so heard, validated, and safe in our appointments and in navigating complex, co-morbid diagnoses. Her medical assistant, CJ, goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to be supportive and reassuring to patients, and helping them meet their needs. He is the first medical assistant I’ve encountered that answers his phone, rather than returning calls from voicemail — he is so prompt in addressing issues with medication, scheduling, or other questions! I have been overwhelmingly grateful and appreciative for his kindness, and his professionalism.
