What patients say on Google

“Blossom Counseling and Wellness is truly exceptional! As a private practice, they provide a warm, welcoming, and professional environment that makes clients feel supported from the first call/contact. We frequently collaborate with their team and can confidently refer clients knowing they will receive outstanding care. In addition to their counseling services, they offer high-quality trainings that are both informative and engaging. Their dedication, expertise, and genuine compassion set them apart in this field. We are grateful to work alongside such an amazing team and it's wonderful to be able to collaborate with another practice in this field that's all about helping others!”

“When we first met in our 30-minute consultation, we made it clear we were looking for only in-person sessions. Our therapist said that was no problem. However, she then proceeded to consistently cancel on us and pressure us into going virtual without ever trying to reschedule the in-person sessions. This felt like a deliberate disregard of our agreement and like she was not prioritizing the well-being of her patients. Agreeing to take on patients for in-person-only sessions, then trying to pressure us into virtual sessions, and then dropping us when we wouldn't go virtual, is inconsiderate, unprofessional and unethical. Had she let us know in our consultation she wanted to quickly transition to virtual, we would have said that it was not a good fit, and then proceeded to find a therapist that matched our needs. Instead our time was wasted. I believe this was done deliberately in an effort to gain a new client while not truly expecting to live up to the agreement. This came from a woman who touted her ethics in the session before she dropped us for not going virtual when our agreement was for in-person-only.”

“Avoid Karen Snyder for Trauma Therapy: As a trauma survivor, I sought help from Karen Snyder and unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. She violated my confidentiality by discussing a sensitive matter with her supervisor without my consent. This incident had already been reported to the appropriate authorities, and her actions caused unnecessary stress and anxiety. Her primary concern seemed to be about external consequences rather than my well-being. Due to this breach of trust, I've lost faith in therapy and am hesitant to seek help from any therapist in the future.”

“They do an online love language test that is advertised as "free." It's not. Thanks so much for wasting 20 min of my time! False advertising isn't a joke.”
