“I truly enjoy Bloom healthcare services I love my psychiatrist. However when you're calling in to confirm or ask questions about your appointment I encountered a terrible experience with an individual by the name of Adam. He was extremely rushy and he was rude. He over spoke me he put me on a blind hold without even letting me know. It is extremely important for those that are working in behavioral health and you're the point of contact of answering the telephone that your polite and that your kind and that your empathetic. Goodness knows how many people don't seek behavioral health services because of rude individuals or standoffish tones on the phone.”

“Excellent organization. Wide range of services available. They accept a lot of different insurances and the billing department will files the claims directly with your insurance company so you don't have to worry about waiting for reimbursement. The front desk and non-clinical staff are professional and provide respectful timely services. (E.G.They call back and follow through). Clinical staff is great - well vetted. Licensed therapist and qualified mental health professional are hard to find. I am writing this review objectively about the business and services provided at Bloom Health Centers. This is not a reaction to a specific incident or based on personal opinion of a isolated employee.”
