“Good evening, Lolale, Marlotte woke up and went to the bathroom. I left for the appointment. Kalia took care of her. Marlotte didn't take any medicine. After 2 hours later, I returned home and checked her. I brought one Sertraline pill to Marlotte but she refused to take it. Also, I told her that the doctor wanted you to take it. She ignored me. I notice she is restless and carries the bags and boxes. She moved my 3 caps to the box from the closet. I took them to the closet back. 3 hours later, I brought salads and one small pizza to home. Marlotte and I shared Mediterranean salads with the steaks. My friend ate the small pizza. She also ate strawberry cheesecake ice cream of Ben and Jerry. After the dinner time, I gave one Quetiapine pill to her. She took and put the pill in her mouth but she didn't drink some milk. It was not done. I was disappointed. I will see what happen she will do during the night. Jock”

“I actually go to the Bloom Health Center in Annapolis but my prescriber works out of Rockville. She is far and away the most caring yet knowledgable person I have ever worked with on navigating psych meds and depression treatment. Bloom is general has been incredibly responsive, flexible, accommodating and professional. The treatments I have received through their clinics have literally saved my life.”

“I’ve been coming to Bloom for a couple years on and off recently. I’ve been losing my vision and today I’ve been learning to get used to using my walking cane as I walked into Bloom. I was kindly greeted more importantly, helped to get through the store and guided by the staff to the counter. The person helping me make my selection. I believe his name was Anthony. Hopefully, I did not forget his name that first his customer service was beyond excellent he helped me select a product I like and when it was time to pay their card, system was down he guided me to the ATM helped me make sure I was using it Properly and was able to read the screens. He also guided me back to the counter where he was at and as I bravely tried to guide myself out to exit. He left his register to guide me out of the store. This was the best customer service experience I’ve ever experienced thank you, Anthony and Bloom for having an amazing staff for a great experience.”

“I have had 2 experiences through Bloom, I saw one of their LCPCs online in 2023 and briefly tried to reschedule something similar this year. Everyone should know that for counseling/talk therapy, they offer no in-person options for patients in my area (DMV) I do not recommend this company at all. The counselor I saw was very unprofessional and seemed to have very little experience or knowledge about psychoanalysis and pretty much offered no advice beyond, "yeah life can be hard, take care of yourself" They often rambled about their own personal experiences instead of attempting to understand my emotions or perspective, as if the things we had in common from our professional careers automatically made them an expert in what I was going through. After awhile I just stopped going because it was useless. They often expressed sexist, misogynist, and ageist views as well, which made me extremely uncomfortable. The office staff are really unaccommodating too, and are often halting and unhelpful in their interactions. They seem like they have no idea what's going on and you often feel like you need to walk them through performing their own jobs. Do not get mental health counseling from this organization. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because it was affordable and the scheduling was low-hassle.”
