“My child (teenager) had an appointment with Dr. Arun at today at the Columbia office. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist; we were on time. We waited in the waiting area for about 5 minutes and pleasantly greeted by Dr. Arun. We followed her to her office and got down to business; since this was our first appointment; we went over all of medical information and all the assessments to make sure we were on the same page. She wanted to know all about my child and what brought her for the visit. Dr. Arun was professional and kind. She listened attentively and without judgment. Dr. Arun made us feel like she cared. At the end; she went over our treatment plan and follow up. I would definitely recommend Dr. Arun. I hope that the visits to follow will be just as nice.”
