What patients say on Google

“I was helped by Drew, several times when I called the Bethesda office. He is absolutely wonderful! He is caring, very kind & patient, knowledgable, faithful to follow thru, and goes the extra mile for the patients! Dr ILOKA is the same way… outstanding. I especially admire such good people, because I am deaf and use the phone by captions, and kind people being patient, & speaking slower than normal. Dr ILOKA and Drew in the office, I believe are of the highest character and great assets to an excellent office and organization in Bloom Health- Bethesda MD location. They make the world a better place, one patient at a time. Thank you for letting me share this.”

“Always a great experience when visiting Dr. Gray - professional, attentive, and able to provide the best medical advice that supports my little one’s needs. Andrew is also super amazing with his customer service at the front desk - with efficient scheduling and follow ups. My family and I love visiting the practice and highly recommend.”

“Justice Gray and Bloom Health supported my family when we needed it the most. Gray”s compassion, expertise, and dedication provided us with the answers we needed. I am deeply grateful for her exceptional care.”

“I cannot reach out to my daughter’s psychiatrist, Justice Gray, at the Bethesda, Maryland office, or even to a supervisor, to provide important input regarding my daughter’s mental health. I am legally permitted to provide input. The facility states that it does not have a supervisor. My daughter has been under Gray’s care for a long time, and her condition has deteriorated to the worst state I have ever seen. I barely recognize my daughter anymore. I do not know where she lives, she is in a mental health crisis, and friends who have contacted her are aware that she is unstable and needs to adhere to her medication. She drinks and smokes a lot that she needs a long term rehab. The advice given to my daughter by Gray has destroyed any remaining stability she had. Please do not delete my review. I have the right to speak and to provide a fair review of the family crisis we are enduring as a result of the services you have been providing. I received what I consider a coercive threat from my daughter, instructing me to drop any complaint against Justice Gray as a condition for having a relationship with me, her devoted mother. While I never filed a complaint against Gray, it is deeply concerning how this facility appears to operate through deception and coercion of vulnerable patients with serious mental health conditions. Not only that, my visibly, mentally and psychological sick daughter who is diagnosed with bipolar disorder 1 by Johns Hopkins hospital is given PTSD medication by Justice Gray. She needs bipolar disorder 1 medications, not PTSD. My sick daughter went to the court room and filed a false petition to put me (her devoted mother) in a mental hospital citing Justice Gray as one of the reasons and the petition was denied. My daughter keeps making false police reports against her mother for no reasons and end up in the psych ward. I do not know who this person is anymore. What on earth is happening inside the Bloom facility? Can someone conduct a formal investigation of this matter?Who can save my daughter's mental health? Why Bloom facility is not conducting an internal investigation into this chaos and keep using a sick patient to fight her only caregiver? Who is benefiting from torturing a devoted mother who is crying every single day on her daughter's deteriorated mental health while being attacked and defamed in the public community. Why Gray pressuring ME through my daughter to be another patient at bloom? This is a scam business. Are we being targeted for being Muslim immigrants? who can save us from this nightmare?”
