How likely are you to recommend Bloom Health Centers - Arlington?
“Alicia Marconi is an expert who is absolutely brilliant, kind, and exemplary in all ways. She is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have only met with her a few times. I can honestly say that I like her much more than any of the psychiatrists who have helped me in the past with medication management. I would have to write a book to explain why that is. I absolutely trust her, because she is a very caring person. In the past, I have often felt that others were just going through the motions with me. Thank you so much.”
“I look at this picture on the wall every day that I walk in to the office to do therapy. And it makes me smile because I know at some point after doing the work I will be better. Dr. Morin, Heather (who was my first psychiatrist), Valerie (who is my current psychiatrist), Katherine and Clara (the techs who do my therapy) and Dom, Jue, and Nina (the front desk ladies who I speak with most often) are always so kind, patient, and knowledgeable about everything and it doesn’t matter how much I repeat myself they are always ready to listen. I am grateful that they have taken the time to get to know me and how I think and they even know what music I like and we even have a good time during my sessions laughing and watching segments that keep me entertained. As a person who grew up in a culture where therapy is taboo and finally finding myself through the clutter in my mind, I’m so glad to have found Bloom. If you want a safe place that is free of judgement and that is full of acceptance and peace this is the place to be. 10/10 SO RECOMMENDED!”
“Bloom is owned by a Private Equity firm - not doctors - and it shows. The priority is making money, not patients. I was researching providers and at first, Bloom seemed great - nice website, several locations, seemed like established providers, etc. But after I dug deeper and based on my first appt, I just had no desire to give them my money or continue. They were very quick to get my insurance info on the consult ($$), but when I had issues filling out forms on the online portal, my calls seemed to be routed to an outsourced customer service center, and they were not helpful at all on multiple attempts. The doctor I met with virtually seemed apathetic, tired, and clearly didn’t care much about my well-being — didn’t even pretend to. It was such a bad experience overall that I just never made another appointment.”
“I have had therapy several times in my life while in the Baltimore and DC area but nothing compares to the wonderful experience I’ve had with Jacque. His concern and professionalism is absolutely perfect and I’m it’s making a difference in my life. Please thank him for me, I’m so glad I found you. I can smile again!”
