Would have appreciated a heads up rather than changing it without informing me through a text/phone call.”

“How do you have a medical office and don’t answer phones and no address to find the location. Cannot reach after making appointment. Neither for my pricing or how to get in after driving 30 mins. Then, having to guess about a mental office and walking into three other business to ask for help. Bad experience.”
