“Dr leiner US Veteran Set an appt for sept 3rd 2025, as a new tricare patient, I set this appt 2 months ago and now they are canceling my appt because the dr won't be in. Called to reset appt now they have nothing until Jan 2026. Called tricare and dr is not registered with tricare. Called the secretary and told her this not a call back about this, except got a call canceling my sept 3rd appt. Left a message for them to call me back hoping for an appt sooner. No call back. Think twice before you deal with this dr and facility. Staff is rude and very unprofessional.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. Have called 3 times trying to get a copy of a physical form and have came in person and no phone call back. The lack of communication in this place is unreal. Bunch of people that are only there to collect a check”

“The admission staff was quick and thorough and I was in an ER room quickly. The nursing staff took vitals and were cheerful as was the PA. In fact I had very little waiting time before I was taken to the X-ray department and back. Of course there was a wait for the X-rays to be read, about the usual time. The Dr. Told me the results and asked if I was ready to go home. He answered all of my questions completely and I learned a lot about treating my arthritic knee. I felt confident as I left and am almost back to normal.”

“Sara Martin and her staff are always very thorough. They take the time to listen to my concerns and follow up on each point. I know I'm receiving excellent healthcare. I've never left the office frustrated or confused.”
