“I cannot recommend Nurse Practitioner Sanchez enough! Since I began seeing him a little over a year ago, I’ve constantly felt listened to and my opinion is always strongly considered. When it comes to medications, he always provides options to me as a patient and breaks down the pros and cons of each, which really makes me feel heard and valued. NP Sanchez always keeps up with new medical research coming out, and he takes time to ask about my life and how I am doing. I never feel rushed, but he is incredibly efficient and always on time, I never feel like my time is being wasted. Would highly recommend NP Sanchez and his team!”

“They're really unreliable and frankly don't care about the people they treat. My next appointment with my therapist is at the end of this month and he canceled it. I won't see him til February and I'm struggling. You're better off going somewhere else. Good luck. Update: My doctor cancelled my appointment, too, without any warning. You will not get quality care here.”

“The staff is great. Sanchez tried to get medicine. I had a stroke Dec 2023. My information I read about the brain. Our brain is made by emotions, neurotransmitters make the brain to use memories and how the brain do things. Dec 2024 I talked to counselor Josh Carlson. I talked pretty 100% all time. But I'm empty now talked out frustration. Lol. Having Aphasia Auditory/read/write/speaking from stroke causes frustration because I can't find words alot to thinks. Like a 1 child starting to learn. Behavioral staff is great. Josh Carlson listens and it's nice to have a hear to ear. Blessings hospital needs stroke group. Nothing in this adams county have never made a stroke group. It is frustrating not to find groups in quincy illinois. Hope they find /create stroke groups. There were stroke groups in where I living before in indiana st. Joseph County and elkhart county groups.”

“If you needing help immediately and are not suicidal, you can plan on a long wait for help. Started asking for help with my severe depression mid June, and it is now the end of July, and just now getting an appointment, to start the ball rolling to see a therapist for September (stills would be more of a wait to see an actual therapist). I don't know how many more ways to have said I NEED HELP NOW it was going to take. They did let me see a care coordinator two times, but I needed more help then that. Switched to a different care group this morning (Friday), and the ball is getting rolling on help next Monday. At least someone listened to me asking for help, it sure was not going to be Blessing.”
