“im guessing this place mainly deals with children, because even though their website says they do couples therapy, i received a call saying they dont and i was told to call my insurance company. FUN FACT: my insurance company told me they were accepting new patients for couples therapy. they just do not want to deal with an adult that has medicaid. which cool i guess? dont lie. be straight up you dont want to deal with someone who has medicaid. not only did i want couples counseling, i also finally wanted to do a thorough testing of autism on me, and the women i spoke with dismissed me. so i dont recommend this place. do not put on your website you deal with adults when you clearly dont.”
“Staff was dishonest and unprofessional. Multiple employees breached HIPAA, traumatized children, had no procedures in place, the list could go on and on. This place is legitimately dreadful.”
