The doctor we had was very patient with our kid who seems to bounce around and has a hard time staying on task. We appreciate their help and highly recommend this as an option.”

“My daughter completed her virtual intake over a month ago. She was diagnosed with multiple disorders, including PTSD stemming from serious, life-threatening events that occurred shortly before Thanksgiving. This information was clearly shared during intake. My daughter is 8 years old and requested in-person services at their Exton location. I was told this was not an option and that services would need to begin virtually, which I agreed to in order to get her started. It is now nearly a month and a half later, and she still has not been seen by a therapist. Her occupational therapy intake is not scheduled until March. Our first therapy appointment was cancelled without any notification, and despite reaching out three separate times since then, I have received no response. Additionally, my co-pay was taken for the appointment that was cancelled, and it has never been refunded. If you are seeking timely and consistent care for your child, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This practice appears to take on more clients than it can appropriately serve, leaving families waiting or completely overlooked. I will be pursuing services elsewhere.”
