“Overall, everyone is very kind and caring, and it’s clear they genuinely want to help. However, there are ongoing communication issues and a lack of administrative organization, I’ve often had to follow up multiple times to get responses or next steps. The fully virtual model is also quite challenging, especially for younger patients, as virtual therapy and evaluations are not always effective for them. I also wish there were more resources and guidance provided for parents, such as a shared plan outlining what to work on at home and what goals are being focused on during each session.”
