“I was seeing a counselor via telehealth around a year ago. I had one on boarding appointment. Then the counselor cancelled and rescheduled my second appointment. Super inconvenient but not the end of the world. I never had any appointments after that, as the counselor cancelled the third appointment. I never recieved any emails, phone calls or messages about rescheduling. They ghosted me. Very unprofessional and disappointing. If anyone is in crisis, I would NOT reccommend BHSN because you could be left hanging in a time of need. I probably wouldnt have left a review as I've moved on with my life and found alternate mental health care, but BHSN had the audacity to send out a text asking for a review so I thought Id share my honest experience.”

“This is the first and only outpatient program I’ve used in my 13 years of sobriety and I’m more then satisfied these guys work there buts off and do there best every day to bring The public the best services that are available. I’ve always felt welcomed here by the staff Lisa is very knowledgeable and I’d highly recommend her. Dr Berry has given me so many great ideas and advice in my recovery. Jami the receptionist always goes above and beyond to make sure patients and walk ins have the correct info and appts and always makes you feel like your at home overall a well deserved 5 stars always a great environment and new ppl always welcome! Best In the area hands down ❤️”

“I absolutely find bhsn to be the best place for any sort of help, weather it be mental health, nutrition or recovery! Kayla norman, Adriana Armstrong, Dr. Apraka, Chad and all staff are truly amazing! I would not be here and moving forward in life without them and they are truly like family to me. They make you feel safe, and have want nothing but the best for their patients and clients!! I would recommend them to anyone whom struggles with mental health and or recovery!!! I also recommend Genoa pharmacy, they are absolutely amazing, friendly and they make sure you always have what you need and communicate very well with you!!!”

“I stopped going to Sophia after she would randomly call and cancel appts that day. And she would say I’ll call you to reschedule and she never did. My kid has been doing better without her . She was doing everything wrong from giving my kid food that has dyes in it. Doesn’t she know kids should not have food dyes ? And then giving food which caused my kid to emotional eat which caused so many problems with weight. she has also told me to stop my kidd medication becuse its not working . She is unprofessional and unsafe to be working . Stay away from this place.”
