“Now this horrible clinic is holding back everyone's takeouts because they don't know how to run a business. Anyone who sees this needs to call bhg headquarters to get this fixed. Call the louisiana methadone authority. They won't even tell you when you will get your medicine or what is going on. Horrible ownership and management. They keep doing this because they don't care about the patients or their needs. They all laugh when you ask then a serious question about why this is happening. This isn't a serious medical facility. None of them would get hired at a real medical facility.”

“im reading yalls regulations and all, via yalls website and it clearly states sliding scale payment plans, and if inability to pay they will dose you and not refuse services..I pay 420 a month, I asked for a payment plan and was denied, if i pay early towards bill, i am told pay 420 now or dont get my take my homes with a balance. so basically i have a forever balance. They don't even understand a deductible, literally tried to force us ro pay 2,000 every year to them, then ill be able to pay my copay, had to have my insurance company send them a mock bill and explaition of a deductible. i dont pay every doctor office, i pay insurance. I didn't get refunded i got credit and they claim to have cut us off credit, a week before, so i should have a credit of 105, nope that has went away and they claim it never occurred.Now i pay 420 a month, if i am short a dollar jokes on me because i will be denied ny medication. I witnessed this occur more than once, one man was denied his dose without money. we should not be paying a car note or rent to attend this place. and they was charging taxes until i called and blew on that. and let me mention they stopped taking blue cross blue shield, their employees are offered blue cross, as their insurance but rhey won't accept it?? ummmm now we are locked in, literally locked in. We are locked into rooms until the staff decides to open doors, emergency happens its ok cus we all dead, im told they have training to unlock doors and let us out of a locked room if an actuve shooter is occurring, like they gonna risk their lives on a drug head 🤣. Gretna, they just cant get right and the ones in charge have no clue what is occurring, for me to have to explain a deductible, for me to have to show them laws about these sales taxes they was charging, for us to fight to have access to emergency exits, for us to be locked in a room with a stranger and trust people who literally dont care and dont even know how to add is crazy yes ive called several times had a nurse call my doctor and rell them on methadone only safe medicine is ultram for pain. Yall notice them signs warning us not to mix these two medications was pulled down like last year??! yeap this is why not a single thing happened but we are now bullied Everytime we walk in, my husband is skipped on purpose by dosing nurses, receptionist has ro go yell at them every month, we are ten dollars short, we best come daily or scrap change up to get our medicine. the dope man is easier than this. but im serious about my recovery so I will deal with the rudeness the ugliness, the crazy tb tests that are forced upon us, regardless what your life style is, to stay sober for my children. i have looked into swapping locations, due to this one clinic and staff. i dk what happens from here to Baton rouge, but Gretna is the sorriest place to seek help, they are against everyone and everything.. have dosing nurses telling me to just go get pills, eating xanx and percs infront of us, im there over pain management saying heres a new pain medication its called Suboxone, never Said you going on a list. Never shot up, never stole, or sold anything and I'm forced into group meetings with people i dont understand, i have nothing in common wirh, and im suppose to what exactly, sympathize with something I never experienced or saw, i feel so uncomfortable.. this place is jokes. i can go on read the thousands of calls and complaints, yall dont cus we just street walking trash right?? i make more than the pay here, reason im not on medicaid and half the staff is. good people can be addicts, good people can do things they not proud of, drugs are serious and detox will kill you, we should be there for support and have it, not whatever Gretna calls what its doing, its pay me or get out, then pay and go get tb tests when tb aint even a thing no more, get locked in a hallway with no way to escape, with god knows who and what, the emergency exits are not asseciable, get skipped over and purposely made late for work, just everything. its sad do better”

“This place used to be good. For the past 4 or 5 months you have to wait at minimum an hr before you can leave. Hire some more nurses. This us malpractice. You have 1 singular nurse working on a Thursday with hundreds of people coming in at 5am Who runs this business? Horrible management”
