“the front desk and nurses here are simply wonderful. they truly care about you and want to help you do good. they offer tons of resources if you need them as well. the wait time to be seen are always reasonable even if they are operating with limited staff on shift.”
“Their doctors cannot keep a schedule and they hold your dose hostage until you see the dr. There is no empathy, compassion or care to be found here. Theyre only here to sell you subs or methadone. This place wont last much longer. Just filed a complaint with dhsr and ill keep pushing.”
“THEY LISTEN AND THEY DO NOT JUDGE!!! This place is nothing less than amazing! From the front desk ladies, Vanessa and Tiffany, to the nurses in the back.( I am terrible with names!) They respect your confidentiality and they listen! I highly recommend this treatment center!”
“Moving to the area soon, and I called to get information about transferring there. The young lady I spoke to, Charlene, was so very kind and did my screening, over the phone, right then! She made my initial appointments, and explained what I need to do and bring with me. I've been somewhat anxious as to having to transfer to another facility during my treatment, fearing the usual hassles that come with moving. But, Charlene was a champ about talking to me and scheduling my appointments. A big thank you to Charlene for her wonderful assistance! I look forward to my move there and continuing my treatment with this center!!”
