I know what some of you are thinking, but the rumours that I and others were incentivised in any way, or mildly coerced by an extra raffle ticket to leave this review, are most certainly not true, as that would be absurd and a clear violation of Google’s policies. Nope, this is undoubtedly a voluntary use of my precious few hours of free time. BHG is honestly the single best clinic in the local area... mostly because when you are the only provider in a 20-kilometre radius, "best" is the default due to geographic inevitability rather than a qualitative endorsement of patient choice or quality of care. It’s a bit like you being an only child and your mom calling you her favourite. For those who find the DMV too fast-paced, BHG offers a more contemplative experience. I like to call it "Intense meditation." It’s the perfect blend: Kafkaesque regulations, walls plastered with rules, and enthusiastically intense corporate motivational slogans. Add a handful of hardworking nurses and staff, all bonded by a quiet camaraderie in their weary contempt and mutual exhaustion with the insurance racket. Utterly Pricele$$! Just imagine a historical community probation office for people functionally institutionalised by a carceral system of policy and procedure, and you have the perfect description. It is the ultimate manifestation of private sector fulfilment for the complex needs of the welfare state... Simply ingenious! Translated: Please hurry up and wait to be called by your assigned number. You get to enjoy this experience and more, all under the soothing, eternal hum of fluorescent lights. At the same time, you count down the minutes on a nondescript office clock, waiting for your humanity to be reduced to a number. Called over a drive-thru quality baby monitor. Every. Single. Day. Does that not sound lovely? PS: They also have the most beautifully creative decorations during the holidays, just to remind you of time lost and how much you miss your family. Some of the dedicated and wonderful personnel really do try their best to be festive, friendly and to make you feel welcome. I highly recommend that you come and experience it for yourself, as it is genuinely better than the alternative.”

“I've been a patient of BHG for about 3 1/2 yrs. Honestly, methadone clinic get a bad rap but if you will listen to the help they offer and work the program I promise you can have some freedom from addiction. I am able to be a wife to my husband, a good mother to my children who didn't have one for so long. I love my cousler Laura. I have called Laura before after hours even late at night and she has always been there for me. I have my take homes and they now offer month long take homes so just pass your drug screens and you will have them. I 100% recommend BGH! The front desk staff are so nice too fr.”

“They told me I had to pay a co pay I knew I didn't owe or I could not receive treatment. Fast forward over three months and I'm still trying to get my money back from them. I'm not giving up though. I'm contacting anyone now that I think may be able to help me get my money UPDATE: 4/7/26. I received a call from BHG a week ago. They told me my money they owed me had been approved and processed. I still have not received my money from them. My husband is still waiting on his money also. I feel like they are lying to me. Guess it's time for me to contact the above them that can possibly help me with getting my money I WILL UPDATE EVERYONE. I finally got all the money BHG owed me and so did my husband. I have many hours invested trying to get our money that was owed. Stay vigilant concerning your account. Since many changes were made to the entire clinic, EVERYTHING is so much better. If you comply you can have a months take home fairly soon after becoming a patient.”
