“I would not recommend this facility to anyone! My child showed little to no progress throughout her treatment. Reonna Greene is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! She is so mean and rude to the children there receiving mental health treatment, you can tell her heart is not in it, she clearly does not like her job or care about the kids. Reonna was so unprofessional. I truly believe she is part of the reason why my child shut down frequently during treatment. Last week Reonna Greene upset a lot of the kids with her bad attitude. After that incident, my child was discharged early because of “attendance.” Very ironic that happens after Reonna Greene displayed poor behavior. Again, I do not recommend.”

“Had an appointment scheduled for a teen virtually, waited THIRTY minutes for the practitioner to join the session before no longer wanting to waste my daughter's time. Reached out to ask what was going on and have yet to hear back. If you don't want your teen to be ghosted, skip this place. Couldn't even have the decency to call and reschedule or cancel. Unprofessional and disgusting behavior for mental healthcare providers.”

“I do not recommend Beyond Healthcare for anything to do with children. My son was having some behavioral issues, he was recommended to start the full day- 5 days a week program. We were assured his schoolwork would not be affected in any way. The program would work with his school district to make sure he stayed on track. The on site tutors were supposed to work with the kids on “to do” work and send it back to the school. That is the information I was given. Let me just tell you this could not be further from the truth. In the few short weeks my son was enrolled at BHC he ended up with 3 yes, 3 F’s. We are still trying to rectify the damage BHC has done to my son’s grades. They have taken no responsibility for the lack of progress he had while attending or how far they set him back. The “tutors” are a joke, don’t expect your child to have real help. They have no idea what is going on. They babysit the kids and only help with school work when kids ask. The kids choose what school work they want to do each day. Whose brilliant idea was that!!!!! Right away I’m getting text messages from all of these “providers” my son is seeing. A rude nurse practitioner started questioning me about my son’s medications his actual MD prescribes. She mentioned several times that she could start controlling his medications or change them. I’m sure is just another huge fee they add. Every single day I asked my son to tell me one thing that he took away from therapy; good or bad. His answers were always snippy and rude. He came home acting more entitled and distant daily. For example one day he said Spencer told me “I’m allowed to say NO and you need to respect that”. I did not send my unruly child to a facility that we PAID for to make him more disrespectful. I never got a breakdown of the cost or charges. I asked to speak to billing. I received a call from someone telling me my son’s treatment is covered. Very much brushing me off. I asked for a breakdown of the cost. I never received it. This place is a scam. Do not send your child here. It’s a brainwashing game. I’m truly sorry and sick that I put my child through this place for 3 weeks.”
