“Although I love my therapist and have had a positive experience with them, I had an uncomfortable situation at this office involving another staff member who questioned others about my presence and personal information without my consent. While I’ve been advised that this may not legally constitute a HIPAA violation, it still felt like a significant invasion of my privacy. I expected discretion and professionalism, and unfortunately, that expectation was not fully met. I truly hope the practice takes steps to reinforce stronger privacy boundaries moving forward.”
