How likely are you to recommend Better Days Psychiatry and Family Practice?
What patients say on Google
“Hattie is an exceptional provider who truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and make sure you feel heard and understood. Her depth of experience is evident in every visit, and she always provides clear, compassionate guidance. I feel confident and supported in her care—highly recommend!”
“Hattie is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated to her patients. She takes the time to get to know her patients and to learn as much information as she can about each individual. I feel very safe, cared for, and confident with her as my primary care physician!”
“I’ve been a patient of Hattie for several years and can’t recommend her enough. She is caring, compassionate, and truly listens to her patients. She takes every concern seriously and will do whatever it takes to get answers, whether that means ordering tests, blood work, or further evaluations. She doesn’t give up until there’s a clear diagnosis and the right treatment plan. It’s rare to find a doctor who genuinely cares this much — I feel very fortunate to have her as my physician. She takes the time to make her patients feel heard and doesn't just brush people off.”
“Very poor experience with the intake process here. I reached out because I was struggling significantly, only to be ignored for days. When they finally responded, it was a rejection based on the provider being on vacation and her specific medication restrictions. When you are looking for psychiatric help, every day matters. To wait nearly a week just to be told "no" added an immense amount of unnecessary stress to an already difficult personal situation. They need better systems in place for when providers are out of the office.”
