“I have been receiving care through Better Behavioral for over 2 years and I always receive fantastic customer service and care by all providers and staff. Overall, in every department, from the receptionist to the nurse to my provider I have always had an EXCELLENT experience. However, the employee that has provided me with most incredible service along with the utmost sincere, patient and respectful care is the in-office nurse, Shelby. Shelby has shown incredible work ethic, integrity and constancy. She always follows through and returns my calls to check in and/or follow up when there is any sort of misunderstanding, slight error or communication break down—even when the error has been 100% my fault. She always treats be with kindness and respect. Shelby is steadfast and always ensures that my medications are submitted on time and within 24 business hours of my request. EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH—for years. Even on a few occasions when I had called my medications in too early, Shelby made sure to give me a call and speak with me personally, explaining that she was unable to submit my request at this time, but would be able to submit the request on a specific date and suggested I call back then. Each and every time I interact with Shelby she is kind, patient and understanding. Additionally, I never feel rushed when interacting with her— whether in-person or over the phone, and she always takes the time to hear me out as well as takes my concerns seriously—followed by a professional and appropriate response to my concerns. Even when an issue comes up and the fault is 100% not on her, she takes responsibility on behalf of the company and is a great representation for them. Shelby is one of the main reasons I continue to use Better Behavioral as my provider.”
