“This company has repeatedly charged unauthorized charges to our bank account. They've lied about copays, what tests specifically cost, and have not once sent an itemized bill. They have done nothing but cause more stress. Their manager admitted that there were notes saying not to charge us in their system, yet they did it anyway. Today, they were again told not to charge the random amount they came up with and to only charge the $20.00 they previously claimed was all that was owed and yet again, they have charged whatever they pleased despite being told explicitly not to. I will be filing complaints with every entity possible and finding an attorney. Do not go here because they do not actually care about their patients and their billing practices are fraudulent. Their billing/accounts manager needs to be fired.”
