“Dr. Angeles did not do her DUE DILIGENCE of reading a very important and significant report or my intake paperwork prior to my appointment. She didn’t have the slightest clue as to why I was there, so why waste anyone’s time asking for intake paperwork to be completed if you’re not even going to look at it? She didn’t listen to me and completely disregarded the reason I was meeting with her in the first place. I’ve never felt more ignored and unheard by someone who’s supposed to help me. To top it off and to quote her directly as she proceeded to prescribe an incorrect medication “This is my favorite drug to prescribe, it’s so easy to take….” Who says that?! Chantel, the receptionist, is rude and she’s only a roadblock when it comes to having your concerns addressed. Dr. Angeles told me during the meeting that I could always call her if I had any questions, but Chantel has other plans for you if you think you’re going to reach the doctor directly. Complete waste of $225. A therapist I’d been working with told me he’s had similar complaints about Chantel.”
