“I was not even seeing provider Latrina for two months before I felt a need to find a new provider to get my mental health adequately addressed. I had not been on any medication for close to a year due to a lapse in insurance. She started me on all of the same medications that I had been on and then scheduled our follow up for over a month out. I had to almost immediately stop taking one of the medications due to side effects that I had not experienced before. At the follow-up, she gave me a new medication and then again , scheduled the next appointment for over a month out. I had to then reschedule that appointment for sooner to discuss the dosage of this new medication. She told me to stick to the dose that was not working for two more weeks , at which point she allowed CVS to give me a new dosage. She then scheduled the appointment for over a month out again and called in multiple months worth of this new dosage. She then called in ninety days supplies of my other two medications without discussing it with me. I now need an adjustment on one of those. When I once again called to try to reschedule my follow-up to get any of this addressed she flat out refused. I immediately told the very kind receptionist that I would be looking for a new provider and began making calls”

“I wish I could provide zero stars. Absolutely unprofessional and scam of a company. I made a Telehealth appointment ( which I have done countless times at other places with 0 issues), I waited over 30 minutes with a screen that said host is waiting to let you in the call. I attempted to call the office directly and left a voicemail that no one had joined & I obviously needed to schedule bc having me waiting over 30 minutes is unacceptable and I have to work it was a work day. They never called back, charged my account for the appointment. And the worst part is I called today to say that needs to be removed from my account and reschedule. The person on the phone insulted me multiple times, saying the provider was on the call waiting and I never joined, I was required to pay the $50 since I didn’t comply with the rules. Mind you I work from home and join virtual calls everyday. I joined the link that was provided for me by them. Absolutely insane a mental health facility would be so rude , nasty , unprofessional and unwilling to listen to patients. SHAME ON EVERYONE WHO WORKS HERE”

“wonderful company, can’t say i am surprised to see bad reviews. mental health comes with very troubled people, especially in a priveleged/wealthy area. unfortunate for those individuals to spread so much hate. i however had the pleasure of being treated kindly by staff and an angel of an owner Crystal. couldn’t recommend their services more!!!”
