“I love Dr. Bejoy John! He listens and truly cares! Completely recommend!”
“Update: Still a 1 star doctor and staff. Find somewhere else to go. Ive asked what you can do to assist, and YOU DISMISSED ME. DID YOU FORGET THAT? Does that make your social media presence look better? Telling me to call you for help when you've literally REFUSED to see me. This doctor doesn't deserve his job and should be fired. These are all are my thoughts and opinions based off my experience with the Doctors office and policies: Refuses to see me due to missed appointments, after an hour in person visit with the nurse. I was given bad instructions on the first Televisit, and felt stood up. I waited for over 20 minutes and then got very discouraged. When my next appointment came, I called to see if it should be in person or Televisit, as the last Televisit appointment didn't work out well. Found out that appointment was canceled for me since I missed the previous one. I didnt understand, but do now. Theyre calling the 1 hr first appointment the intake appointment, then calling your 1st appointment WITH THE DOCTOR your 1st appointment. I was told I missed my first appointment, thus my follow up was canceled.... so we rescheduled it. I missed it, it was my fault. I freaked out when I realized it, and called immediately. When this appointment was scheduled a day or two ago, there were two other time slots available today. I was told the doctor would not see me since I missed two appointments. They didnt try to reach me at the appointment time. I've had to cancel other appointments (in advanced) lately because I can't leave the house vecause I cant stop crying. Being stressed and depressed and then treated like this by the office who is suppose to help you with these things. 1 star, not recommended. Still no help, but apparently plenty of available slots. I offered to pay a no show fee. They don't care, and they don't call to say "Hey, you have an appointment!" I'm suppose to be meeting with another doctor, thankfully. This is a mental health doctor, I feel like the staff and doctor should be more cognizant of that before writing their "patients" off.”
