How likely are you to recommend Behavioral Medicine Institute?
What patients say on Google
“I'm surprised by negative reviews for BMI. I've been a patient of Dr. Hulse for a number of years, and now I also see PMHNP Tara Lundy for medication management. I find both of them to be incredibly professional, extremely knowledgable, and caring, empathetic practicitioners. Their office staff is friendly and helpful, and they've gone out of their way more than once to help me with scheduling or other administrative issues. I highly recommend this group!”
“Dr Loiacono would cuss in my therapy sessions while I never once did kind of unprofessional talk at all. I was intending to use these sessions to better my life. Something just feels wrong with him so I won't be going back there again. My mental health journey will continue elsewhere as this was my first and likely only interaction with BMI.”
“I paid my Co-pay. The insurance paid. Then I get a Bill for $400. For data gathering. Not pre-approved by insurance. How am I supposed to know what they are Billing for. Insurance says it was up to them to get it pre-approved not me. I have called billing. Several times. No one ever answers. I leave a message. I don't get called back. I only saw them once. For 1 session. Pain management required it. I am not paying for their mistake. I don't have it. They are horrible.”
“The staff and professionals (I see two different therapists) do an amazing job teaming up with me for the betterment of my life. As well as being there face to face I also enjoy the ease of telehealth with them. I highly recommend this group. The phone system is why it's not a 5 🌟 rating Diana Brown and a Nurse Practitioner Maggie for help with medication. They are wonderful! ♥️ They get the 5 star 🌟 rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 And the receptionist is very nice and helpful. But the phone system is majorly lacking. It isn't in sync with the staff. It is laborus to get thru. What I have found is that the website will get me to my goal pretty quickly and leaving messages there gets better results. Hope this helps if you are new to the group 🌞😎”
