“Front desk staff, sweet and understanding. Counselor, just doing her job asking the basic questions but didn’t give me any real advice. The nurse telehealth took the longest and was actually pretty unprofessional, she said “if you have a psychiatrist why are you here?” & “I don’t know what you expect from me, follow up with your doctor” Is this not a mental health clinic? There’s also a waiting list for a therapist like there is everywhere, honestly made the day worse and I was helped 0%”

“Its sad that they break up families and try to make one of their own! I promise BHP is the worst place to be for any psychology to be done, you can even ask Jennifer Oh its hard to do what a school has done for you the psychologist judge. So pretty much want them to stay out of my life and never talk or consult me again. Way to ruin lives folks so stay out of mine!”

“Im having some mental health difficulties at the moment! Struggling with anxiety and work stress. I called today to see if they accepted my insurance (cigna) and got to talking to the lady for almost an hour. I cant remember her name but shes an angel! She calmed me down just by having a conversation with me. I will be there tomorrow to talk to someone about managing stress, because I cant do it alone. Lol”

“Horrible waited 2 hrs and half was my turn and waited and waited was there before other people and they called them back , why come here if can’t get treated and keep saying being a couple of minutes, I guess not important enough so I walked out and left feel not important so I dealt on my own”
