How likely are you to recommend Behavioral Healthcare Partners of Central Ohio, Inc?
What patients say on Google
“Told me I was mad, when I was not yelling or feeling angry. Told me I have schizophrenia when I have never seen anything, nor believed in an unrealistic thing. They even thought I was selling my pills when I told them I needed a refill (I understand I may have lost them, but I did NOT sell any of them. Never done anything like that in my life.) Be careful with this service because I am currently trapped in it. I’m not saying it’s a terrible experience, but it has been for me. Be careful. You can overcome your mental illness. You are in charge of you, and they aren’t. Just remember that if you decide to go in. I recommend Columbus instead. Wish I could say it’s been a positive experience but in all actuality I’ve learned to put on an “I’m okay!” mask when I go in there.”
“I went to this "Care Now" clinic two days ago because I was in crisis. I got there at 4:00. THEY TURNED ME AWAY because they were "full". Meaning, they had no one available to prescribe medicine. I was having a mental health crisis with thoughts of harming myself and they TURNED ME AWAY. They couldn't even get someone to talk to me to make sure I was ok to leave. Luckily a friend was up and she was able to help. But what if she wasn't? Who would be responsible if I took my life? or tried? Most urgent care clinics will stay late to help anyone who comes in before the doors are locked. It's one thing to turn me away if I needed stitches, I would just go to the ER. But to turn away someone who is in a mental health crisis just because you don't want to get home late? Then when my nurse called them, they told them I left. I was the one who told her when she called 5 minutes later to check on me that I left because they turned me away. I won't EVER go back here. You don't turn away someone who is in a mental health crisis. It feels like they are just there for a paycheck and don't really care about the PEOPLE who they are SWORN to help. If I could give negative stars I would.”
“I've had good and bad experiences with them. The changing of the appointments with no prior notice. The person a signed to my case quitting without notice. Still waiting on a new counselor. That portion of my experience is mind boggling how long does it take. But there has been a second case manager who has made it a goal in his life to make sure I'm a better me. Goes miles over and above his work guidelines for me. They need to hire more like him and get the place straightened around a bit for the rest of the people who look for mental health help from them.”
“If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Had a provider tell me that he didn’t like my treatment because he was “Christian” and put me on Rexulti which is $900 for a refill BHP said that I could get free samples from them and everything was fine for a year. They turned around and stopped giving me the samples when one of their partners called (BHP NEVER INFORMED ME OF THIS) and a guy asked for my personal information over the phone. I refused to give it to him because I didn’t know he was s affiliated with BHP. Tammy took my rexulti from me KNOWING that it helped. THEY WILL ALSO NOT CALL WHEN YOUR MEDS ARE IN”
