Multiple weeks I expressed concern about my treatment and the reasons I was seeking treatment and at all times I was handwaved away and my issues were brushed under the rug as long as I kept coming back and paying the bill. If you want to feel like a person, seek help elsewhere.”

“Called for an evaluation for my son. Was told I would receive an intake call from April Weaver within a week. After numerous calls, emails, mixed messages from staff, finally 6 weeks later I was told April Weaver had no openings and could not see my son. This should have been the answer the first time I called. It demonstrates this organization has very poor organizational skills in the front office, or the therapist had no interest in helping out my son, or both. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.”
