“I believe someone else mentioned about this being the place to go for for minor (maintenance) care. I liked my therapist, but there is a severe lack of communication. I was supposed to get a call regarding going to PHP, and a week later, never recieved one... I was supposed to get involved in an art therapy group, and never recieved a call...My last appointment (that I canceled because I gave up) was scheduled out for 6 weeks, even though my therapist wanted to see me weekly... I could get seen more often, but only after waiting (6 weeks?!) to get into the queue. This facility is not a place for people working with serious issues. So to recap: No PHP call, No group call, Long scheduling times. The therapist cares, this facility does not.”

“Completely dissatisfied with care. I have never met my provider in person. I have felt that concerns are not validated. Provider genuinely not giving fully attention to me as a patient during "appointments." When needing to go off of a medication due to side effects the provider couldn't even call me. When I needed fmla paperwork completely by a certain date she would not do it because she had to see me a week and a half later. Nothing changed from the last FMLA paperwork filled out for only 6 months. My mental health issues will not magically go away in 6 months. Due to the delay I lost a job transfer. I'm overall displeased with the services I was provided. I am now driving to Bay County for my mental health needs. I meet with my new doctor in person. I feel validated.”

“Horrible. You'd think dealing with people that they know are struggling with emotional stability they might try a bit harder to treat patients like people. If you're looking for doctors that can't even be bothered to read your chart or give complete attention in appointments: If you want to be ignored, dismissed, berated, and generally made to feel like a waste of human life by the people who are supposed to be helping you: if you want to spend every other day struggling with the fact that you're never going to get better because these people don't give a single steaming pile what happens to you then this is the practice for you. Otherwise I would seek assistance literally anywhere else. Update: I am now one of at least three patients that I've been able to confirm drive nearly two hours one way to a different provider for care as a direct result of the way we were treated here.”
