What patients say on Google

“I recommend this place to who ever is looking for a psychiatrist to see for med management because they are very helpful and very understanding and caring. They listen and they follow through. Dr. Teray is very good at what she does and she seems to care .”
Ben Delp
“Very comforting and excellent counseling with their therapists in outpatient on the fifth floor! Been going there for almost a year now and they have very well trained therapists who genuinely care about your problems and well-being. The ladies at the front of some of the sweetest people, which makes the bi weekly experience for me all the better. I have not been to the psychiatric unit so I cannot speak for them, only for mental health services.”

“I would recommend not going there. While I was going there I saw a psychiatrist on tele health. On my third session the doctor asked me how I was doing. I told her I’m not doing very well and I’m really struggling mentally She then stopped our session she told me I’m going to reschedule you for another day when you’re feeling better. I said nothing because I was shocked that a psychiatrist would tell a patient to come back another day. I’ve seen a fair amount of doctors in my life, but I’ve never had a worse experience with a psychiatrist in the 25 years I’ve been seeing them.”
John May
“Had a bad experience with the psychiatrist I saw. Prescribed meds I said I didn't want to be on because of a bad previous experience, didn't feel like I was being heard and had her eyes rolled at me when I was trying to explain my situation. They do telehealth but make you drive there to just stare at a giant screen to see someone not in person. Definitely not ideal and I wouldn't return or recommend this place. The front desk was nice enough didn't have issue with them.”
