“Never again! They had bad reviews on their actual page and tried to make a this one! I would never send anyone here. Our child's care was inconsistent! Our services were suddenly stopped because they were "not getting paid by insurance". Think about it, when doesn't pay for an approved service! They go threw staff like they are water. And the goals were not met before I pulled my baby out of this nightmare. They can get you in quick (for to high rotation of clients, I'm sure.) but they are not worth it! Go ANYWHERE else!”

Behavioral Focus is not a place to do business with if you expect your medical professionals to have exceptional communication and organizational skills. Lack of communication, clarity, and last-minute cancelations of appointments are the norm, and when you express your concern and frustration, the owner dismisses your concerns. If you push for better clarity and communication, the owner sees it as a good business practice to cancel your appointment and decline any future appointments that you need. Outside of the lack of organization and communication, Behavioral Focus employees provide exceptional ABA therapy. Disappointing that the required therapy is available, but the ownership is unable to execute a solid business plan to ensure customer needs are met.”

Just make an appointment and meet the therapists and I promise that you will want this for your child !”
