“Will charge patients for “failing to uphold their responsibilities” for cancellation without 24 hour notice Will call patients and force a reschedule less than 24 hours before an appointment scheduled almost a month prior. Offer dates weeks past origins scheduled date. Give phone numbers to contact therapist one on one in times of need or to change appointments/do virtual appointments. Phone doesn’t work right , texts don’t go through. Verification of the phone working at first appointment can be seen as the BLUE iMessage went thru. Tried to do virtual instead magically the phone didn’t work . Told Mary, she checked the number. Said it was weird. Confirmed number was correct and to try again , resent the message. Tried to message her again today to express my discontent with the scheduling , and magically again.. the phones not working. Good thing people don’t go to these places when they are in crisis and need assistance All these places suck. This place was at-least clean and the staff were nice. But as a medical practice - it’s standards fit in well the eastern shores attitude towards healthcare in general.”

“Their actual support team is great, the psychiatrist I saw there was fantastic. That being said, the owners assistant Ashley, who is the only point of contact, is actively detrimental to their patients care. If you can’t make an in person meeting but are available virtually, they won’t allow you to switch for that visit and then charge a cancellation fee. They lied to my wife and said a reminder email had been opened, when I was staring at it unopened in my inbox. Even if it had been, that shouldn’t prevent a switch to virtual care and there’s no reason to say that to a patient. There is 0 benefit on either end, all it does is make them feel guilty. I’d like to reiterate that their team that actually provides care is fantastic, and obviously cares about their patients. But they need some serious changes in how they communicate with patients. I encourage you to find a different provider and save yourself a massive headache.”

“despite employing some truly wonderful therapists/ providers, Bee Well leadership does not prioritize their clients’ well-being. Sasha the owner unfairly withheld care from me, and Ashley her assistant/ front-desk person is passive aggressive with clients and shames them.”
