“The upstairs counselors get you in pretty quickly, the doctors downstairs are slower. My biggest gripe is trying to leave a message to get a medication or to talk to the Dr. they used to let you leave a voicemail with them, now you have to go through the nurse station to leave a message. The process is very slow in them getting back to you. I will say that my counselor is the best!”
