“Worst clinic ever. I would definitely stay away from here. If I could give negative stars, it would be done. I had the worst experience at this so called facility. I was informed I had to switch clinics to somewhere in my county because I moved. Reasonable. They first gave me a referral that was not covered by my insurance. When I contacted my primary doctor over this matter, they were steering me towards collaborative care. During that time I was waiting on a response with my primary doctor. I kept in contact with Bay Arenac and asked a nurse if I continue services through them until I found out further with my primary care physician. They responded yes. A few months went by and not once was I ever contacted saying they are taking me off their care until I literally showed up to an appointment to receive a needed injection and they unprofessionally, rudely, informed me they canceled my services and the last injection was my grace one. I responded okay then why was I told otherwise by your nurse. They responded " im not sure" and led me to believe this was all my fault. Mind you, this is mental health services. Fast forward, I contacted their Office to speak to my prior psychiatrist and they responded they would contact their lead to see if I can get one last injection through them given the circumstances. I still have not received a phone call or anything regarding this matter. I went over a week without getting my injection and almost been hospitalized again because of their lack of communication and all around carelessness. They do NOT care about their patients. Other than that I enjoyed Dr. Meyer but his staff... would NEVER recommend.”

“This company should not be legally allowed to practice medicine. Their doctors have proven to be judgmental and completely uninvested in their patients’ well-being. Not to mention the unrealistic requirements to receive services in the first place. They are a money-hungry, careless practice! I would NOT recommend to anyone! Very disappointed!”

“Worst experience ever for my child.Don't use this clinic. They sent some guy to my house.Named peter who spent thirty minutes there Who all he did was talk about?How scared and how worried he was but he wouldn't explain about what. Next thing I know, they called me the next day demanding. I take my son to a hospital because he was malnourished, which he wasn't and my wife said she doesn't have time to take him to the hospital which never happened. It's food disorder.We were working on with his regular Doctor. And that's not even what they were there for. We're supposed to be there for his Ad HD and an autism assessment, which never happened plus this was only a meet and greet. So then about 6 o'clock.We get a call from CP.S telling us we had to go to the emergency room for an investigation because a call was made about my son and we know it was him that made the call nobody stupid. The emergency room doctor was dumb founded as to why we were there she put in her notes that there was nothing wrong with him. The next day they came to my house to look at my other son. My refrigerator my cupboards my bedrooms. All they did was turn a kid who had a lot of problems. Into more problems and uprooted our whole family.. The case was eventually closed because everything was unfounded.But I but I warn you parents if you're looking for help for your child, please don't take theyou're. Because all they did to my child was causing more anxiety. No sleep more nightmares that he had already.. i then filed a formal complaint against him with their company. And they will not respond to my calls and it's been over a month. Ey initially spoke to me. They said they were doing an investigation and let me know what happens. I've left multiple messages and got no response.”

“I love Dr Mary Holbrook , she understands the difference between a reaction to a traumatic event VS true mental health issues that need intervention. Been with her for maybe 4 years now and I have such a good experience with her that if I moved I’d still see her and if she left I’d try to go where she goes. She is truly amazing. My only complaint about this office is one of the nurses sounds a little new and unfamiliar with lesser known med side effects and instead of sending me to somebody who knew she kind of made me feel like an idiot for asking my question. But that’s neither here nor there, Mary’s radiant love for helping the community overshadows anything negative I may have ever had to say about this place.”
