“It’s been really challenging to deal with billing, and even when I authorize clear dates in writing to process payments, they disregard the straightforward communication. Finding a good therapist is hard enough, and the behind the scenes issues are added stress. That being said, I did find an awesome therapist with this practice after a couple of tries, and I am so grateful. It’s difficult to find a balance between empathetic support and appropriate challenges. The sessions feel productive and I have stuck it out despite issues with admin for this reason.”

“My girlfriend recommended this place to me when I was going through a really tough time. I’m the type of person who doesn’t like to share all my problems, even with her, so I decided to take the step and try therapy again. I saw that they accepted my insurance and scheduled my first appointment which led to many more, lol all thanks to my therapist, Donita. She was amazing. I had seen a therapist before at another location, but let’s just say Donita truly did her job well. She really listened to her clients and worked with whatever issues they were facing. Unfortunately, I had to stop going because of the work schedule I had before, which made it impossible to see her. She helped me so much, and I wish I could thank her for how far I’ve come because of her. I think she’s gone now, which makes me sad, but I’ll always appreciate what she did for me. To be honest, I never really believed in therapy before or thought how much it could help me. But if I was able to find a great therapist here, you probably can too :) Trust the process. I highly recommend this place, everyone in the office is nice and professional.”

“I shared a more detailed review on Yelp. My review is the only one other than the owner’s wife. You will notice a cast difference btw our reviews. A lot of reviews on here are the owners family. Look at the last name . Anyway, spent about a year forming a relationship with my therapist who left to get out with another therapist who was the antithesis of the former therapist. She was too high energy for my preference. They are down to 3 therapists and let us know 2 days before the new year that they no longer took my insurance. They did this to a lot of people. Michael Soto, do better .”
